Go Vols!!! that was the best game I’ve ever seen.
I cannot believe I missed this game!! But the comments from Pearl is nothing less than a true class act. Given God the glory and allowing GOD to work in these young men’s lifes. Maybe Pearl knows where a football coach is that coaches like himself. Thanks DR B. for bring the W back to Chattanooga too. GO BIG ORANGE!!!!

I’m very proud of our Vols showing CLASS in the wake of a situation that could have sunk some basketball teams. Keep it up and show what the Vols have every game this season.
The Vols actually made it onto FL TV, that’s an accomplishment!!!! It’s great to be a TN VOL and this is team to be proud of. Bruce Pearl coached with heart and that’s what this team played with. GO VOLS!!!
Great job Coach, It is great to see Coaches take a stand and place the university 1st and trust the program. You can accomplish any you put your mind to once you believe.

Man, I was blown away by how wel they played.I truly thought that little situation would bring em down preety bad.They brushed their shouldas off & kept on playin 100%.Bruce “Almighty” Pearl could probably take the football team to the SEC championship.lol

Great Victory for the Tennessee basketball team. it shows that if you believe in each other and play as a team, let me repeat play as a team they could go a long way in the NCAA tournament. Good luck the rest of the season.
I AM SOOOOO PROUD OF THE TENNESSEE BASKETBALL TEAM FOR PLAYING A FANTASTIC GAME AGAINST KANSAS. YOU GUYS SHOWED EVERYONE HOW MUCH HEART YOU HAVE AND WHAT A FIRST CLASS TEAM IS. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK – IT IS SO WORTH IT!
the last part where the players got together and made some important comments about staying together and working in practice was the best part of this tape – all that cackling during coach pearl’s talk was just annoying.
WOW!! Now this is a class act team…I mean Family. That was the best game I have seen since the Bernie/Ernie days. GO VOLS!!!!
I am still trying to come back down to earth after this great win against the number one Kansas. What heart and soul this team showed throughout the entire game. While most teams would have just laid down and given up, Head Coach Bruce Pearl and the Tennessee Volunteer basketball team refused to let the Tyler Smith situation stop them. My hat is off to each of those young men and Bruce Pearl for standing strong and showing the nation that this Tennessee basketball team deserves to be respected all across the nation. What a great win this was for the University of Tennessee!!! GO VOLS!!!!

Great win for a great team and coaching staff – top to bottom! Coach Self said it best when he said that if his team took this loss at heart and grew as a team down the road, too many I’s on the court, then they will have learned a lesson. And if not, then it was a really bad loss. The VOLS stood tall, Bobby – best guard on the court (practise hard and play D so coach will give you those minutes) Skylar – get a stop watch! Scottie – dunkin doughnuts JP – learn to shoot free throws right handed! Renaldo – follow Bobby’s lead – practise hard, play D – get those extra minutes. Wayne – D wanyne – do not take a charge under the basket ever again… otherwise, AWESOME! Tough situation for u guys but u are a TEAM and have overcome! WALK ONS? Wouldn’t have won without u!
Thank you Vols and Coach Pearl for Sunday night’s win over Kansas. It was awesome to watch! I especially appreciate people of character on a day like today. Looking forward to another great effort against Auburn. Go Vols!!!
I enjoyed watching this clip first off because it shows the teamwork and class of Tennessee Basketball during its ups and downs. It shows you can still have fun while you work hard. This team I believe has it’s head on straight now and will be outstanding for the rest of the season!

It is refreshing in a day when so much negative makes the headlines to see Coach Pearl give God the glory and to hear the encouraging words he offered his team! What a huge win for them, the University and the state! I have never been so proud of a group of kids! and what a heck of a coach to keep them ready and focused in such a sad situation!
That was probably the best offensive/defensive b-ball game i have ever had the pleasure to watch. I’m not saying that just beacause we faced a #1 team but because of the teamwork,passion and communication you all showed. WAY TO GO VOLS !!!!
