I really hope Tennessee focuses and plays their best, they can lose to OSU or go to the national championship, they’re unpredictable, but either way GO VOLS
i agree on the above on some days they can get beat by an high school team and on days they can beat the number 1 team in america and knowing what they can do is awesome but they can be cold on days and it makes me nervous but thats what makes it great. i do have to say they are the most physically fit bunch out there and can come from behind better than anyone i think williams has really stepped up last 4 games and i agree that chism will step up even more but someone has got to get hot from 3 thats what kills us! watch fouls on the big boys underneath and hit our free throws and we can rise to another level , pearl is the god awfullest shot maker but can play d like no ones business. all in all its going to be one hell of a ride and by god bring it im ready to watch as long as they dont come out cold like kansas game they’ll be there at the end either way im proud of them all ready one heck of season its been. congrats guys to your wonderful roller coast of a season and all us fans are behind you to be your 6th player all the way to the end thats fo sho
hey mr. bruce i was just lettin ya know im a big fan of the volunteers and ive watched alot of yalls game.. when yall get to st. louis hold the ball and find good passes.. they will be pressuring you so hold the balll and make good shots.. yall are great keep it up

As a Vols fan living in Michigan I have face a lot of ridicule from all of the Big Ten fans in the nation, but what they don’t realize is that the SEC one of, if not the toughest conferences in the nation. With the Vols now in the Sweet Sixteen playing Ohio State from the Big Ten, all the Big Ten fans I know are pretty nervous having to play the boys in orange. I am a very devoted fan of all UT sports and no matter the outcome of this game against Ohio State nothing will change that, but I have a lot of faith in these guys and I think this is the year to give a number 2 Seed Ohio state that these boys in orange can play with the best of them. No matter what happens I will be wearing the orange jersey until the day I die, and I proud to be a vols fan. Give em Hell Tennessee!

Way to play men you looked great in RI. Now going to St.Louis the way the defense looks the buckeye’s will be mad at each other by halftime. All the focus must go on Turner and Diebler all other players have a hard time scoring. Good Luck Vols I smell Final Four!
To the comment about Chism with a chip on his shoulder…I think with him being at Tennessee all four years and being the only 4 year Vol left he just realizes he’s been here before. Even though he’s been here before he probably realizes that he could have taken it a little more seriously throughout it all and knows it’s his last shot to get a ring. Just saying maybe instead of goofing off after every win he knows that now is when the big boys step up and where the men have come through ahead of the boys. Also when Tyler Smith was kicked off the team he became the guy who everyone looked to as a leader and in the tournament being the leader brings a whole new bag of responsibilities he’s never had before.
Jerro, I thought that too about Wayne, I concluded that he has been to the sweet 16 two other times before and hes not satisfied with just making it to this round, he wants to finish business this time around by advancing, Steven Pearl really knows how to fuck up and let an opponent back into the game, I wish BP woulkd cut his minutes here on out
I go to school at UWM, where Bruce Pearl coached before going to Tennessee. I’m a big fan of Pearl I think he is an excellent coach. Anyways, I was at the Ohio State-Georgia Tech game yesterday, and from what I saw, Tennessee should just roll right through Ohio State. Good luck to you I hope you win!!

One of the players said, “But now dem hoes sleeping beauty lol…. I counldn’t stop laughing. This wasnt a comment being disrespectful to Chism….I love his play and leadership….I’m from west tn and watched him play in highschool……Ive watched him play 4 years at UT….It just seems too me that he sometimes…..just this year….he gets “P;;; off at some of the play of the other guys….for example the other night when Chism was double teamed and J.P. was the closest player too the ball and Chism acted like he wasnt supposed too hand the ball off too him(or vice vers) ….If anyone remembers the dirty looks and words. I had just not seen that out of Chism with a team mate before.
It seem too me that without Tyler Smith he is aggravated…..I guess i would be too. I’ll finish by saying I didnt think Tyler was playing that well this year be4 he got the boot. I am a big Ty Smith fan too…….GO VOLS.
Pearl too me has improved…..ALOT….since the beginning of the season….I agree he screws up…but i would Hate too play for my father with not a whole lot of talent…..hes a ball passer and in there too foul thats it….but like i said he has improved somewhat compared to the beginning of the year……ALOT.

Chism is actually a really nice guy. ran into him while going to class a couple times, one of the nicest UT athletes I have met.
maybe he does have a chip on his shoulder. if you ask me he is one of only a few on the entire team that give 100 per cent effort all of the time.
